Yes, our technicians use gentle, ophthalmologist-tested formulas and perform a patch test when sensitivity is a concern. We also choose hypoallergenic options and adjust application techniques to minimize irritation. Inform us of allergies or eye conditions before treatment.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid waterproof mascara, brow gels, or exfoliating treatments for 24–48 hours prior. Bring reference photos if you have a desired shape. Tell your technician about recent chemical peels or medications that increase sensitivity.
When applied correctly by professionals using quality dyes, tinting should not damage hair. Tints coat the hair shaft rather than chemically altering growth. Avoid excessive at-home treatments and follow aftercare to maintain hair health; consult us if you have brittle or very damaged lashes.
We do not recommend tinting natural lashes when extensions are present because dyes may not bond evenly and can affect adhesive. It's best to tint before applying extensions or after extensions are removed and lashes have recovered for optimal results.
