Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Spa Manicure.

Most Spa Manicures take between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on nail shape and any add-ons. The collagen mask and heated mittens are included, so plan for a relaxing, full treatment; arrive a few minutes early for consultation.

Collagen masks are generally safe, but if you have extremely reactive or allergy-prone skin we recommend a patch test. Our technicians review ingredients and can skip or substitute the mask with a gentle hydrator to ensure a comfortable Spa Manicure.

Heated mittens are set to a comfortable, safe temperature and should not overheat. If you feel warmth that's too strong, tell your technician immediately and they'll adjust the heat. We monitor comfort throughout the Spa Manicure.

Yes — you can choose regular polish, long-wear polish, or gel during a Spa Manicure. Gel services may require additional curing time and a small surcharge. Tell your technician about your preference so we can include the proper prep and finish.

For visible hydration and nail maintenance, book a Spa Manicure every two to three weeks. If you have dry skin or want extended collagen benefits, schedule every two weeks; otherwise a three to four week cadence keeps nails tidy and nourished.

Keep hands moisturized daily with a hydrating cream or oil, especially after washing. Avoid harsh chemicals and hot water for 24 hours, and reapply cuticle oil nightly to maintain collagen benefits and prolong the manicure's softness and finish.
